  1. Power Relations and the Philosophy of Religious Praxis in Nigeria.Olawale Olufemi Akinrinde, Musediq Olufemi Lawal & Nkechi Latifat Aliu - 2024 - Trans/Form/Ação 47 (1):e024000132.

SummaryAlthough desired family size is often different from actual family size, the dynamics of this difference are not well understood. This paper examines the patterns and determinants of the difference between desired and actual number of children among women aged 15–49 years using pooled data from the 1990, 1999 and 2003 Nigeria Demographic and Health Surveys. The results show that more than two-thirds of the sample have unmet fertility desires. It was found that early and late childbearing increased the odds (...)

It argued the critiques of the neo-Kantian hospitality approach and the EU welcome culture with regard to refugees in the EU from a philosophical perspective. The “No human being is illegal” motto is proposed to be conceived as a principle of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. The (...)

Nigeria is a developing country with youths that have great potentials. They embrace new innovations easily. In Anambra State of Nigeria alone, there are eight (8) higher institutions. The card catalogues are neglected in the university libraries in Nigeria because of the introduction of OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) which is rarely seen in most of university libraries. After conducting a research on the usefulness of card catalogues, the researcher observes that users of the libraries still appreciate the card catalogues in the libraries because they help them to know the collections of the library.

Ekonominių ir religinių veiksnių įtaka postmaterialistinių vertybių sklaidai pirmojoje pokomunistinėje kartoje: lyginamoji 24 šalių analizė.Laura Daukšaitė - 2023 - Filosofija. Sociologija 34 (4 Special).
